Amiriu Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase govern your use of the Amiriu website (www.amiriu.com) and your purchase of any products, including men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, shoes, leather goods, and accessories, from Amiriu. By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement & Acceptance
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price (in USD, as specified in Section 4). We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect product information, or suspected fraud.
If we accept your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout, which will include your order number, product details, shipping information, and total amount due. This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer, and a binding contract between you and Amiriu will be formed at this point. If we reject your order, we will notify you via email and will not charge your payment method (or will issue a full refund if payment was already processed).
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Order Processing & Dispatch
We strive to process and dispatch your order promptly. After you place an order, we will process it within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day). Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.
2.2 Delivery Timeline
Regardless of your shipping destination (domestic or international), we estimate that your package will be delivered within 6-12 business days from the date of dispatch. This timeline includes standard shipping and does not include any potential delays caused by customs clearance (for international orders), weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses (see Section 2.3). Please note that Amiriu does not offer 加急配送 (expedited shipping) at this time—all orders are shipped via standard shipping methods.
2.3 Global Free Shipping
Amiriu offers free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum order value required. This free shipping applies to standard shipping methods only and covers all costs associated with delivering your package to your specified shipping address. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees at checkout or upon delivery (except for customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders—see Section 2.4).
2.4 Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country’s government. These charges are not included in the product price or covered by our global free shipping offer, and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. You will be required to pay these fees directly to the customs office or carrier when your package is delivered. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order to understand the potential charges.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Return Eligibility & Period
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 60 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact).
- You include your original order number (found in the order confirmation email) with the return.
- The product is not a final-sale item (final-sale items are clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase and are non-returnable).
3.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Pack the product(s) securely in their original packaging (or a suitable alternative) and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
3.3 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse) and confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed in 5-10 business days from the date of inspection and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that:
- Refunds will be issued in USD (consistent with the currency used at checkout).
- The original shipping cost (which was covered by our global free shipping offer) will not be deducted from the refund amount—you will receive a full refund of the product price paid.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., the product is damaged, missing tags, or outside the 60-day return period), we will notify you via email and may return the product to you (at your cost) or dispose of it, at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Currency
All product prices on our website are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). This is the only currency accepted for purchases on Amiriu. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency at their applicable exchange rate, and you may incur additional conversion fees (Amiriu is not responsible for these fees).
4.2 Pricing Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product prices listed on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occasionally occur, such as pricing mistakes, typos, or incorrect product information. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price and notify you before processing your order. If the corrected price is higher than the original price listed, you may choose to cancel your order (with no charge) or proceed with the purchase at the corrected price. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment was already processed.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners, who use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. Amiriu does not store your full payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) on our servers.
By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the funds or credit available are sufficient to cover the total amount of your order. We may verify your payment information with your bank or payment provider to prevent fraud.
5. Product Availability & Changes
Product availability is indicated on each product page (e.g., “In Stock,” “Out of Stock”). However, stock levels may change quickly, and we cannot guarantee that a product listed as “In Stock” will be available when we process your order. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after we have accepted your order, we will notify you via email and offer you the choice of:
- Canceling the unavailable item and receiving a full refund for that item (while proceeding with the rest of your order, if applicable).
- Waiting for the product to be restocked (we will provide an estimated restock date, and will ship the product to you once available, with no additional charges).
We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, without prior notice. If a product is discontinued after you place an order but before it is dispatched, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amiriu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase, use, or inability to use our products, or any delays in shipping or delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost data, or inconvenience.
Our liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms of Purchase or your order shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the products in question. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
7. Changes to These Terms
Amiriu may update or modify these Terms of Purchase from time to time, for any reason, including to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or industry standards. When we make changes, we will post the revised terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom.
Your continued use of our website or placement of orders after the revised terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We recommend checking this page periodically to review the most current version of the Terms of Purchase.
