We currently offer shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and select international countries. To confirm if we ship to your location, enter your shipping address during the checkout process—if your destination is not supported, you will be notified before completing your order. Please note that for international shipments, additional regulations (such as customs clearance) may apply, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, it goes through a processing phase to ensure accuracy and quality. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day). After processing, expedited shipping delivers within 2-3 business days for the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii may have slightly longer expedited timelines (3-4 business days).

For International Destinations

  • International Standard Shipping: For supported international countries, we offer international standard shipping. After processing and customs clearance (which can take 1-3 business days, depending on the country), delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that customs clearance times are beyond our control and may cause unforeseen delays—we recommend checking with your local customs office if your package is held.
  • International Express Shipping: A faster international option is available for select countries, with delivery taking 3-5 business days after processing and customs clearance. This method also incurs an additional fee, which is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including your shipping destination, the weight and dimensions of your package, and the shipping method you select. There are no free shipping offerings for any order, regardless of order value, destination, or shipping method. To view the exact shipping cost for your order, add items to your cart, enter your shipping address, and select your preferred shipping method— the total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These additional charges are imposed by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. You will be required to pay these fees directly to the carrier or customs office when your package is delivered.

5. Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order. This email includes a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, where you can monitor the status of your package in real time. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier’s website after you receive the shipping confirmation, so we recommend checking back after this period if you do not see immediate updates. If tracking information shows no activity for more than 3 business days, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeline, first check the tracking information for updates—carriers may experience temporary delays due to weather, high volume, or logistical issues. We will investigate the delay with the carrier and provide you with updates until your package is delivered.

Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking shows no delivery confirmation and the carrier confirms it cannot be located. For U.S. orders, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier 7 days after the estimated delivery date. For international orders, this investigation begins 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer you two options: a full refund for your order (including shipping costs) or a replacement of the items (if in stock).

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout, including street name, apartment/unit number (if applicable), city, state/province, postal code, and country. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you via email. You will be required to pay a re-shipping fee to have the package sent to the correct address—if you choose not to re-ship, we will issue a refund for the order value (excluding the original shipping cost).
